Bumbu Kacang :<br />
Haluskan bawang putih, kencur dan cabe rawit.<br />
Haluskan kacang tanah goreng (blender)‏<br />
Campur bumbu dan kacang tanah, tambahkan garam, air asam dan air secukupnya.<br />
Masak dgn api kecil sambil ditambahkan gula merah sedikit2 sesuai selera.<br />
Terakhir tambahkan kecap.<br />
Cicipi rasanya: pedas, manis, sedikit asam.</p>
<p>Ambil piring saji, letakkan ketupat, tahu, telur, toge, dan selada lalu siram<br />
dengan bumbu kacang, atasnya beri taburan bawang goreng dan kerupuk merah</p>

 Bahan:
sayuran Kol diiris (banyaknya disesuaikan)
2 buah Wortel di potong kecil-kecil
100 gr tepung terigu
50 gr tepung beras
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
2 buah bawang putih
1/2 sdt lada
2 butir kemiri/gak pake juga gak apa2.
Garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

Aduk kedua tepung dengan air sampai merata dan tepung tidak bergerumpul.


Masukan Bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, dan sayurannya hingga tercampur rata.

<p>Cara membuat :<br />
Didihkan air, masukkan ayam, rebus hingga ayam lunak, lalu angkat ayamnya, tiriskan, ambil dagingnya dan potong-potong berbentuk dadu.</p>
<p>Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, lalu masukkan beras, aduk rata selama 3 menit, angkat dari api.</p>
<p>Masukkan tumisan beras ke dalam sisa kaldu ayam, masak hingga menjadi bubur.</p>
<p>Masukkan potongan daging ayam, merica bubuk, dan garam, aduk rata, angkat.</p>
<p>Pecahkan 1 butir telur pada dasar mangkuk, tuangkan bubur panas-panas, lalu taburi atasnya dengan 1 buah cakue, 1 sendok teh tongcay, 1 sendok teh bawang merah goreng, dan sebagian daun ketumbar.</p>

2. Masukkan potongan ayam, masak hingga ayam berubah warna. Tuangkan nasi pulen, santan, sayuran beku, masak hingga semua bahan matang dan kering.<br />
3. Ambil 2 lembar daun pisang, taruh 4 sendok makan nasi ayam, bungkus membentuk piramida dan semat lipatan bawah daun dengan lidi. Lakukan hingga semua bahan habis.<br />
4. Bakar nasi ayam di atas bara api hingga matang.</p>

1. Campur ikan tenggiri dengan air es. Taburi dengan tepung sagu dan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk sampai rata. Tambahkan kuning telur dan garam. Aduk hingga rata dan hingga adonan dapat dibentuk/pulung.<br />
2. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera, jika ingin membuat pempek kapal selam, adonan dibentuk mirip bulatan lontong lalu buat lubang di tengahnya, isi dengan telur puyuh atau telur ayam. Rapatkan kembali adonan. Dan jika ingin membuat pempek lenjeran, adonan dibentuk seperti pipa lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang.<br />
3. Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan dan rebus adonan pempek yang telah dibentuk/isi ke dalam air mendidih hingga matang. Angkat. Tiriskan.<br />
4. Kuah cuko : campurkan bahan kuah cuko menjadi satu, masak di atas api sedang hingga mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk. Angkat dan sisihkan.<br />
5. Goreng pempek dalam minyak panas yang banyak hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.<br />
6. Potong pempek sesuai selera, taruh dalam piring saji, taburkan cincangan mentimun dan mie kuning, lalu siram dengan kuah cuko. Pempek ini paling enak dimakan saat masih panas.</p>
